Neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension can interfere with comfort and focus during desk work. A 15-minute chair massage targets those areas without requiring employees to undress or interrupting the workday.
Beyond the physical benefits, the experience sends a clear message: the company invests in its people. That commitment can positively influence workplace culture and retention.
With 15-minute sessions, I can typically serve three to four people per hour, or approximately 20 to 25 people during a full day. For larger teams, we can schedule service across multiple dates.

Home · About me
Meet Your TherapistMassage therapist blending clinical techniques with Asian healing traditions.
Clients rarely arrive with only muscle tension. They also bring the effects of work, sleepless nights, and stress they may have carried for months. My work begins by listening to the full picture before any hands-on treatment starts.
Then comes technique. I assess your needs, identify patterns, select the right modality, and work with precision. There is no generic massage—every body, every day, and every need is different.
I combine two schools that are often presented as opposites and that are actually needed. On the clinical side: neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, range of motion and joint mobilization, sports massage. On the traditional side: Thai massage, Ayurvedic techniques, reflexology and Reiki.
That combination is what allows me to serve both a marathon runner who needs muscle recovery and a pregnant woman who needs drainage and rest, or an older adult who needs to maintain mobility.
Because driving home can undo some of the relaxation you just gained. When your session ends at home, you can stay comfortable, hydrate, and rest if you wish—giving your body time to fully absorb the benefits of the work.
I bring a professional massage table, fresh linens for every client, towels, oils, music, and all necessary equipment. I set up in under ten minutes and leave your space exactly as I found it.
Certified training in clinical and traditional modalities, supported by ongoing education.
Hygiene protocol, prior evaluation and adaptation to each health condition.
Attentive listening, complete respect for your boundaries, and thoughtful support between sessions.
Tell me what you’re experiencing, and I’ll tailor the session to your needs.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to support wellness. Scent has a direct connection to the limbic system—the area of the brain involved in emotion, memory, and the stress response.
Essential oils are derived from aromatic plants and selected according to your needs—whether you want to feel energized, calm, clear, or supported.
Before we begin, I complete a brief consultation and invite you to sample three or four options. Together, we choose the aroma that feels most comfortable and appropriate for you that day.
I work with pure oils, always diluted in vegetable carrier oil, and I adjust the formula if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
Available durations

Some yes and some no. There is a clear list of contraindicated oils in pregnancy and lactation, and I strictly respect it. Always let me know.
Yes—and I recommend it. I’ll invite you to sample several options, and we’ll choose the aroma that feels best to you.
I test the patch before the first session. If there is an active respiratory allergy, I work with minimal diffusion or without essential oils.

Throat ChakraDeep-tissue and sports massage designed for competitive athletes, bodybuilders, and anyone who trains consistently—supporting muscular recovery, reducing fatigue, and helping you feel ready to perform.
Sports massage is not a spa massage. It is a performance tool. If you train, compete or push your body regularly, this is the work that keeps your muscles long, hydrated and free of the adhesions that quietly steal your range and set you up for injury.
This work is especially suited to competitive athletes, bodybuilders, and people active in any sport. It supports deep muscular relaxation, helps reduce fatigue, and promotes recovery between training sessions.
Tennis · Soccer · Football · Basketball · Baseball · Golf · Swimming · Running & Marathon · Cycling · Triathlon · CrossFit · Weightlifting & Bodybuilding · Boxing & MMA · Volleyball · Paddle & Pickleball · Rowing · Climbing · Dance · Gymnastics · Surfing · Hockey · Track & Field.
Every sport loads the body differently. A cyclist does not need the same protocol as a swimmer, and a golfer does not need the same protocol as a boxer. We assess your discipline, your training block and your competition calendar, then build the session around it.
Available durations
The benefits described correspond to effects generally associated with massage therapy. They do not constitute a promise of outcome or a substitute for medical treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Deep work: 3 to 5 days out. Light flush work: 24 to 48 hours out. Never book a first deep-tissue session the day before an event — your body needs time to adapt.
Mild soreness for 24 to 48 hours is normal and expected, similar to what you might feel after a good workout. Stay well hydrated and keep your activity light that day.
Yes. If you exercise regularly, perform physically demanding work, or carry significant muscle tension, this therapy can still be highly beneficial. You do not need to compete professionally.

The lymphatic system does not have a pump of its own. It relies on movement, breathing, and muscle contractions to circulate. When that flow slows down, swelling, heaviness, and fluid retention can occur.
Manual lymphatic drainage uses very gentle pressure and a steady rhythm to support the natural movement of lymph toward the lymph nodes, where it is filtered and processed.
This technique is central to my prenatal and pregnancy massage services, as well as postpartum support. For children, it may be combined with reflexology and Ayurvedic techniques, always using age-appropriate pressure.
I also provide post-operative support following cosmetic and surgical procedures, in coordination with the client's medical team.
Available durations

Lymphatic vessels are close to the surface and extremely delicate. Heavy pressure can compress them instead of stimulating them. The gentleness of the technique is precisely what makes it effective.
It depends on the procedure and your surgeon's guidance—typically between days 3 and 10. Medical clearance is always required before treatment.
That can happen and is generally a positive sign that the body is eliminating excess fluid. I recommend increasing your water intake that day.

If you wake up with a tired jaw, experience headaches that begin at the temples, or your dentist has mentioned tooth wear, you may be clenching or grinding your teeth. This is known as bruxism.
This therapeutic facial massage focuses on the ATM (temporomandibular joint) and on relieving tension throughout the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders, which function as an interconnected system.
I combine aromatherapy with a full range of facial massage techniques, including: slapping, clapping, hacking, tapping, petrissage and diffuse drainage. When appropriate, I also include intraoral work using gloves and strict hygiene protocols.
The session does not stop at the face. I also release the trapezius, scalene muscles, and base of the skull because jaw tension rarely occurs in isolation.

It can feel intense, but it is brief and is performed only with your explicit consent. I use nitrile gloves and follow strict hygiene protocols. If you prefer, I can work externally only.
Bruxism often responds well to a series of four to six weekly sessions, followed by monthly maintenance. I also provide exercises you can practice at home.
No. A night guard protects the teeth, while massage works with the muscles and joint. They complement each other very well, and using both is often ideal.
Yes. Facial drainage can visibly improve tone and reduce puffiness, although the primary focus of this service is therapeutic.

Inspired by the body-awareness and mindfulness traditions of tantra, this massage goes beyond ordinary muscle relaxation. It uses breath, intentional touch, and a calm pace to help each partner reconnect with the body and experience the present moment together.
The session focuses on wellness: easing accumulated stress, supporting physical and mental relaxation, reducing muscular tension, and encouraging more conscious breathing and body awareness.
Before the session, boundaries, comfort levels, and preferences are discussed clearly. The experience is then adapted to the couple through grounding breathwork, relaxing therapeutic touch, and mindful pauses that support calm and connection.
This is a professional, consent-led wellness service. It does not include sexual services or genital touch. Professional draping and respectful boundaries are maintained at all times.
Available durations
Every session is personalized, with clear communication and mutual consent throughout the experience.
Gentle therapeutic touch and a calm rhythm help release muscular tension and support deep rest.
Breathing and body-awareness practices create space for presence, trust, and attentive connection as a couple.
A quiet, respectful environment can help reduce stress and encourage a calmer, more grounded state.
No. This is a professional wellness massage focused on relaxation, breathing, body awareness, and connection. Sexual services and genital touch are not included.
Comfort, boundaries, and consent are discussed before the session and may be adjusted at any time. Either partner can pause or stop the session.
Wear comfortable clothing for the initial conversation. The session format and professional draping are explained before any bodywork begins.
The exact format depends on the selected duration and the couple’s needs. Kelly confirms the sequence and setup with you before the appointment.
Choose a quiet, private area with enough room for the massage setup, avoid a heavy meal for two hours beforehand, and share any health considerations before booking.
Thai massage is an Asian healing practice that combines stretching, compression, and energy balancing to support the body, mind, and spirit. Unlike many other modalities, it is performed slowly and mindfully, creating a calm, meditative experience for both the client and the practitioner.
In Buddhist philosophy, Thai massage is considered a spiritual practice that cultivates kindness, compassion, equanimity, joy, and well-being. In my sessions, I combine it with Reiki and Ayurvedic techniques, adding reflexology or lymphatic drainage according to what your body needs that day.
The session takes place on a floor mat or massage table while you wear comfortable clothing. Oils are generally not needed. I use my hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic compression along the body's energy lines, together with assisted stretches that open the joints and release deep tension.
Reiki is incorporated during moments of stillness, while Ayurvedic principles guide the selection of oils, rhythm, and pressure based on your individual constitution.
Available durations
This is never a one-size-fits-all session. The technique is adapted to each person's age, needs, and stage of life through the following integrated services:
Each area of the foot corresponds to an organ or body system. Precise pressure can create a whole-body response and an exceptionally deep sense of relaxation.
Gentle, rhythmic movements support the natural flow of lymph toward the lymph nodes, helping reduce swelling and heaviness while supporting the body's natural defenses.
Side-lying positioning with supportive bolsters and pillows, adapted pressure, and careful avoidance of contraindicated points. Available from the second trimester to help ease low-back discomfort and swollen legs.
Supports the reduction of retained fluid and relieves the neck, shoulders, and upper back, areas commonly strained by nursing and carrying a baby.
Reflexology and lymphatic drainage combined with Ayurvedic techniques, using minimal pressure and shorter sessions. This gentle work may support sleep, ease colic discomfort, and strengthen bonding.
Gentle pressure, an unhurried pace, and chair- or bed-based treatment when needed. This work supports mobility, circulation, comfort, and meaningful human connection.
The benefits described correspond to effects generally associated with massage therapy. They do not constitute a promise of outcome or a substitute for medical treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer.
No. Thai massage is received while wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. If Ayurvedic oils or lymphatic drainage are included, professional draping is maintained at all times.
It should not. Pressure is firm but gradual and is always adjusted to your comfort level. You may request more or less intensity at any time.
Yes, beginning in the second trimester and with approval from your obstetric provider. The session uses supported side-lying positions, avoids contraindicated points, and adapts all pressure appropriately.
Gentle, very brief routines may begin within the first weeks of life, with a parent or legal guardian present throughout the entire session.
Not at all. Reiki is incorporated naturally into the session and does not require any particular belief or preparation.
A quiet area of about 6 × 6 feet is all you need. I bring the massage table or mat, linens, oils, and music. Please avoid heavy meals for two hours before your session.

Range-of-motion work—commonly known as ROM (Range of Motion)—uses active, passive, and resisted active movement to assess joint capacity and improve flexibility in specific muscles.
This is not simply a relaxation session. It is a focused assessment and functional recovery session. I evaluate your current range, identify what is limiting it, and work to improve it safely.
This work is especially valuable in clinical settings, including rehabilitation, older adults who need ongoing care to maintain independence, post-operative recovery, and people with limited mobility caused by prolonged inactivity.
It is also beneficial for athletes who need greater range without sacrificing stability and for people who spend long hours in the same position.
